Stepping out of something

Winter came. A man is walking. He is feeling cold. So, he wraps himself in his coat. Seeing this, the wind plays with the poor man by blowing a breeze. The man feels colder so he grips his coat, holds it tight. But the wind wants to play and blows harder. Again, man repeats what he did before and hold his coat even tighter. The game goes on...
Is there a solution?

Yes, but the solution is not with the man neither with the wind. The key is in the hand of the Sun. The Sun should shine brighter and warmer. Then, the man will let go of his coat and the wind will stop blowing.
